1. What do you do when you’re not making art? (Day job etc...).

When I’m not creating, I am usually looking for new ways to market myself. I recently quit my job as a bartender to pursue art full time. Other than that you can find me at the local pub shooting pool with some friends.

2. Why do you make art?

I make art because I have a hard time articulating how I feel all the time and find it easier to just put it on the canvas and let my hands do the talking.

3. What inspires you?

My friends, family, and all of my customers who tell me time and time again how much they enjoy the art I make even when I don’t always feel the same. They pick me up whenever I need it.

4. What/who are your influences?

Myself for one, I wouldn’t be where I am without the thoughts I have in my head. Also Jackson Pollock’s and Nick Sider’s work have a big influence into the way I paint and the way I aspire to paint.

5. If you could meet anyone dead or alive who would it be?

I would have to say Chris Farley. Because I have a feeling he was an awesome person to everyone and he was hilarious. Who doesn’t love a good laugh?
