A FEW THINGS ABOUT THE ARTIST

1. What do you do when you’re not making art? (Day job etc...).

I am an IT graduate. And left my job 4 years back. Now I am fully dedicated to art. Also I am a mom of a 3 month old boy.:)

2. Why do you make art?

Making art makes me happy. Whenever I complete a painting, I feel a completeness in me. It is like a therapy.

3. What inspires you?

Nature inspires me. Nature has so much to give. Sunsets, sunrises, lakes, mountains, trees, flowers and so much more. The vibrant colors of nature inspire me to paint them on canvas.

4. What/who are your influences?

Bob Vance is my influence. I love his realistic paintings. Want to make paintings like him someday.

5. If you could meet anyone dead or alive who would it be?

Leonardo Da Vinci.
