A FEW THINGS ABOUT THE ARTIST

1. What do you do when you’re not making art? (Day job etc...).

I am a Senior Environmental Safety Specialist for the city of Cincinnati.

2. Why do you make art?

Making art brings me joy. I can get lost in the art I am creating, and it helps me not to think about the craziness going on in the world today.

3. What inspires you?

I am inspired by my mood and feelings. Music also inspires me; I always listen to music while painting; it energizes me.

4. What/who are your influences?

I am influenced by artists who are free thinkers and do not necessarily follow traditional ways of painting. Most known artist I have been influenced by is Picasso.

5. If you could meet anyone dead or alive who would it be?

I could name so many but to keep it short, Leonardo da Vinci and of course Picasso.
