Refund policy

Take pictures of the damage, packaging and the box. (Keep the box! If it’s in good enough condition you can use it for return shipping)

Email the photos to support@allartworks.com within 7 days of receiving the work, with “RETURNS” somewhere in the subject line.

An AllArtWorks representative will contact you shortly to discuss the next steps. This may include determining whether you want the work repaired, or refunded.

If it is determined that you want it refunded, you can return it to us within seven days for a full refund, including all shipping costs.

If you still love the work and want it repaired, you may return it to us within seven days. We will coordinate with the artist and will cover shipping costs. Repair time will vary and will be assessed on a case by case basis, but we will endeavor to make it happen as fast as possible!
