1. What do you do when you’re not making art? (Day job etc...).

I am a college student studying graphic design at Kendall College of Art and Design and I work part time in retail. I love music, watching movies, and eating!

2. Why do you make art?

I make art to express and show what I love. I use subject matter that I love, and I paint in techniques that make me happy.

3. What inspires you?

I am inspired by the natural beauty of the world and people. I mostly paint sunsets and landscapes and for my graphic design, I love making patterns that mess with people's eyes.

4. What/who are your influences?

I love looking at classic impressionist painters but putting my own spin on the style. In subject matter, my inspiration would probably be my grandfather. He was the one that really encouraged my art and he loves drawing landscapes as well.

5. If you could meet anyone dead or alive who would it be?

If I could meet anyone, I would probably say Shakespeare, as cliche as it sounds. He was so creative with his use of words and stories. It would also be really fun to be a character in one of his tales, hopefully one that survives!
