A FEW THINGS ABOUT THE ARTIST
1. What do you do when you’re not making art? (Day job etc...).
I play my tenor saxophone, my studio has great acoustics. Also, I ride my bike, a good way to gather my thoughts. Mostly, I love spending time with my family and close friends.
2. Why do you make art?
For me, creating art is a search for, and finding resolution of my thoughts and desires. It “ALL” still amazes me. Whether it is your art, or something else, it is all about finding happiness in what you do.
3. What inspires you?
Great Art, music, thoughtful conversations with artistic people (Fine artists, Musicians, Writers.)
4. What/who are your influences?
Henry Moore (English artist - Sculptor) Shelter drawings from WWII, John N. Pappas (Sculptor - Professor), Charles Magill (artist), Larry Lugar (Lugar Foundry - artist.)
5. If you could meet anyone dead or alive who would it be?
Dead (Abraham Lincoln), Alive (Ray Bradbury.)
