1. What do you do when you’re not making art? (Day job etc...).

Teach Art and drive kids to soccer practice!

2. Why do you make art?

I need to paint. My process reveals emotional knots inside of me that I need to untie. Painting on Clayboard makes me happy and each piece shows where I am at in my life.

3. What inspires you?

My emotional state (good or bad) inspires me. Nature inspires me.

4. What/who are your influences?

Salvador Dali is my greatest influence. Julie Quinn got me into painting.

5. If you could meet anyone dead or alive who would it be?

Frida Kahlo.
