A FEW THINGS ABOUT THE ARTIST

1. What do you do when you’re not making art? (Day job etc...).

I’m a man of leisure since I sold my business. I travel and gather images to paint when it’s warm out.

2. Why do you make art?

I make art out of appreciation for nature’s beauty.

3. What inspires you?

I love to promote color and clarity and the juxtaposition of ideas/images. Irony of your eyes like a city skyline, man’s best, ensconced in a natural wrapping like the glorious beauty of a sunset. I want to share my vision and leave a legacy of a life lived with open eyes.

4. What/who are your influences?

I really don’t have an artistic hero I follow. I’m self taught in the school of hard knocks.

5. If you could meet anyone dead or alive who would it be?

If I had a chance to meet someone it’d have to be Jesus. I’d ask Him “What the hell He was thinking?”
