1. We do not provide shipping for ArtPrize purchases, but we can help you coordinate with a local carrier!

2. Postal Annex in Ada can help with shipping services related to ArtPrize purchases in the event that you need assistance shipping your work after the event.

3. Purchased work has to stay up for the duration of ArtPrize (through Sept. 28th.)

4. Important: Only an AllArtWorks representative can retrieve the purchased work from the venue. We will pick up and store the work unless we assess that it is too heavy (at our discretion.) If the work is too large or heavy it is up to you and the artist to coordinate removal, but we can also help. Please note that some venues require work to be removed immediately. If you want an early assessment as to whether the work is too heavy or large for us to remove/store, you are welcome to reach us at support@allartworks.com.

5. You can pick up the work after the conclusion of ArtPrize once the work is retrieved. Work will be available for pick-up at our space at 333 Cesar E Chavez SW between Oct. 1st-5th, 1-7pm daily, or by appointment. You can reach us at support@allartworks.com for status updates. Please note that after Oct. 5th we can no longer be responsible for the work.
